An outline of who reviews what and how consolidated comments are prepared for a response teaches new starters about the review process and how much time they have to review the document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A good measure of whether an operational process works is whether a new project engineer, three weeks into the job, can follow it without someone having to explain the process, step by step. If the answer is consistently no, then the process is probably not fully documented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consistency in a functional workflow across projects within the same firm enables meaningful comparisons of operational processes.
